Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between you and EatLiftSleep (“EatLiftSleep”, “we”, or “us”). You must read and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein order to use the website located at EatLiftSleep.com (the “Site”) and related services, software, and applications (collectively the “Platform”). We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without written notice to you.  By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether you have read and reviewed the updated terms.  

By using or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you may not access or use the Platform or otherwise use or participate in EatLiftSleep’s services.  These Terms and Conditions incorporate by reference the agreements and policies referred to or linked to on the Site, including our Privacy Policy, as well as any other agreements you enter into on the Platform.

Term. These Terms and Conditions are binding and effectual upon your access of the Platform and will continue for an initial term of one (1) year (the “Initial Term”). Upon expiration of the Initial Term, the agreement will automatically renew in successive one (1) year terms until terminated by either party upon written notice.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand that all information, materials, counseling, coaching, instruction, advice, services, products, and other content provided to you by EatLiftSleep is intended for informational purposes only. EatLiftSleep does not provide any medical advice, medical diagnoses, or treatment. EatLiftSleep does not engage directly or indirectly in the practice of medicine. The information, materials, counseling, coaching, instruction, advice, services, products, and other content provided to you by EatLiftSleep is not a substitute for obtaining a medical diagnosis or medical advice from a licensed healthcare professional. By using the Platform, and any services provided therein, you acknowledge you understand that EatLiftSleep is not a medical or healthcare organization of any kind and that you understand that EatLiftSleep , its employees, independent contractors, or users cannot provide you any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any advice, coaching, or counseling services provided by EatLiftSleep is solely advice concerning nutrition and diet and should not be construed to be medical advice or a medical diagnosis. Advice, coaching, and counseling provided through the Platform is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The advice received through any coaching or counseling service through the Platform cannot replace the advice and treatment from a licensed healthcare professional. If you have concerns over a potential medical issue, you are urged to seek advice from a licensed healthcare professional. You are urged to seek advice of a licensed healthcare professional before beginning any weight loss or exercise program or making any changes to your diet.

Accuracy of Information.  The information, materials, counseling, coaching, instruction, advice, services, products, and other content provided to you by EatLiftSleep and on the Platform might include errors, including grammatical, typographical, technical, or otherwise. EatLiftSleep does not warrant that the information, materials, counseling, coaching, instruction, advice, services, products, and other content provided are accurate, complete, or current. EatLiftSleep is not liable for any damages arising out of reliance on the information provided on the Platform.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the courts of the State of Texas, County of Harris, in all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform.
